24 hour callout - important information

We are available for any plumbing emergency 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Some companies state they do not charge for the callout itself. However, they may include the cost of the callout in the final invoice anyway. We have always had an open and honest approach to the cost of our professional services. As such, we have compiled a price list with the guarantee of no hidden fees. We charge a variable hourly fee as shown below, in relation to the time and location we are summoned to.

That way, you - the customer - knows from the outset what you are to be charged and can make a fully informed decision. We do not charge the customer for materials used to remedy the emergency itself. If parts / materials are found to have been the cause which would need replacing at a later date, these would obviously not be included in our prices.

CALLOUT PRICES

► 0900hrs - 1700hrs (normal office hours)

NO CALLOUT CHARGE - £30 per hour whilst on site (minimum 1 hr)

► 1700hrs - 2200hrs

NO CALLOUT CHARGE - £70 per hour whilst on site (minimum 1 hr)

► 2200hrs - 0700hrs

NO CALLOUT CHARGE - £135 per hour whilst on site (minimum 1 hr)

► 0700hrs - 0900hrs

NO CALLOUT CHARGE - £50 per hour whilst on site (minimum 1 hr)

Please remember that we are more than happy to come and help when you have an emergency, but we have to cover our costs and believe the above charges are as reasonable as we can make them.

DISTANCES OF CALLOUT

We are based in Addlestone, Surrey (near to J11 on the M25). If your emergency is within a radius of 20 miles, there will be NO EXTRA CHARGE!

Distances over 20 miles will incur a one of cost of £30 in addition to any other charges.

We have an open, honest pricing policy. We establish very good relations with all our customers. In fact, we don't even charge a callout fee! Yes, that's right. We feel our service should be second to none and that some companies currently charge excessive fees. So we decided not to charge for callout. At the present time of financial uncertainty, no callout fees are very welcome.
