Wood Works are a Surrey based furniture making and carpentry company.  They specialise in individual furniture design and production, fitted kitchens, bedrooms and studies, interior and exterior carpentry and joinery. 

They have a workshop specifically for bespoke furniture design and production. They design, manufacture, and install freestanding and fitted units to your required size and specification. They pride thereselves in attention to detail and offer you the complete service in one price based on your budget and requirements.

Painstaking attention to detail and careful selection of timber and veneers are the essential ingredients for all their furniture, whether it is a contemporary design or a copy of a fine antique.

Design:

• With over twenty years of experience in the industry, Wood Works are well qualified to offer you guidance on the planning of your project. From traditional style to modern contemporary, we can help with the two most important aspects of design – functionality and aesthetics. Perhaps you have a particular style in mind, or maybe you just need something to match, in style and finish, the other items in a particular room.

  We offer computer aided design drawings and hand sketched plans to give you the best visual interpretation of the finished look. We work with a number of interior designers to enable a smooth project management from start to finish.

Manufacture:

• With the current trend of high technology, mass production and computer control we pride ourselves in continuing to use traditional cabinet making hand skills and tools to make the finest furniture.

  Our workshop in Chobham is always a hive of activity and we encourage clients to visit us during the manufacturing process as we feel it’s important that you see your project being created and have a say in the minor details at every stage.

  All of the furniture that we produce is handmade, using only the best of traditional and modern cabinet making techniques, to ensure a finished product of the highest quality and durability.  Each item demonstrates an individual expression of the care that went into its construction.  Fine hardwoods are carefully selected from specialist suppliers to complement the design, and consideration is given during construction to utilise each piece of timber so as to best reveal the natural beauty of the chosen wood.

Kitchens:

• If you are after a totally unique kitchen, our skilled craftsmen in the workshop can build you just about anything! Also, due to the volume of kitchens we supply and fit, we have superb relationships with some of the best trade kitchen suppliers in the business. We are therefore exceptionally competitive with our pricing, and can pass this benefit onto you. We can quote for the complete kitchen refurbishment including electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, decorating, unit and worktop fitting, all carried out by trained professionals. Whether you require a carcase kitchen or solid wood framed kitchen, we can help. Accurate quoting is essential and we offer exceptionally competitive prices on the supplying of units and appliances due to our strong relationships with suppliers.

Installation:

The accuracy and attention to detail of our installations is paramount to our success. The qualified installation teams take care of every aspect of a refit, starting with the removal of your existing kitchen and finishing with fixing the handles on your new kitchen. The only thing we won’t do is cook your first meal!

All work undertaken is fully guaranteed and will comply with current Building Regulations. Appropriate certificates will be provided upon completion of the project.
