Please take a look at the emergency callout page before calling us, so that you are fully aware of the charging system in place for out of hours callouts. Our prices are open and honest with no surprises. The charges are shown in categories depending on the time of day you call us out.

Callout distances are also mentioned. As you would expect, callouts to a distance of 20 miles are FREE. For our plumbers to travel more than 20 miles to a job will be charged as extra.

We hope you appreciate our pricing policy and charges as fair and competitive. We do not have hidden fees and you will be aware of the costs involved before the plumber arrives at your door.

We try to be as punctual as we can and wherever a time is specified, we will try to honour that. This is dependent on travelling distance and traffic conditions at the time of course. We do not expect our plumbers to drive illegally to meet appointment times.

Every member of the DJC team is expected to be polite and courteous at all times, maintaining the high, professional plumbing standards expected of them.
